CITY CENTRE: The Koblenz city centre is accessible via the junction Zentralplatz/Forum, where almost all public bus lines arrive and depart. The tourist information office is also located at Forum Confluentes.

METROPOLITAN AREA: In addition to the city centre, it is also worth exploring the following districts:

  • The Ehrenbreitstein district is home to the Ehrenbreitstein fortress with a fantastic view over the old town and the Deutsches Eck.
  • The Güls district is idyllically situated on the Moselle, where you can enjoy many wineries.
  • The Stolzenfels district is where you will find the famous Stolzenfels castle towering high above the Rhine.

REGION: The region surrounding Koblenz offers something for everyone. In addition to many castles and palaces, you can marvel at the world's largest cold water geyser in Andernach, the butterfly garden in Sayn or the legendary Loreley.

Schängel Ferry
With the Schängel Ferry, you can cross the Rhine between Koblenz and the Ehrenbreitstein district. The ferry is part of the VRM local transit network.

Liesel Ferry
The "Liesel" ferry transports passengers between the campground and the Deutsches Eck from April to October. A taxi shuttle serves as a replacement during the winter months.
