Koblenz Vintners

The Romans brought the first vines to the region back then. Since then, this ancient tradition has been cultivated and manifests itself in the Weinstadt Koblenz in about half a million vines. Both on the Rhine and on the Moselle, the winegrowers* can demonstrate their outstanding skills and present the best from these two famous wine-growing regions. At wine and vintner festivals, on the vineyard, in one of the rustic Straußwirtschaften, but also in the many wine taverns, restaurants and pubs on the river banks, you can also wonderfully enjoy a few pint and immerse yourself in the world of Bacchus, Riesling and Co.

Rainer Kollmann Winery
Since the beginning of the 19th century, the Kollmann family has been cultivating Riesling and Kerner on approx. 0.3 hectares, today still as a sideline.
