Admission to the Kultursommer opening is free of charge. The usual entrance fees for the Festung-Ehrenbreitstein only apply on Sunday.

The Rhineland-Palatinate Summer of Culture 2024 takes place throughout the state until the end of October. Over 230 projects are included, many of them in and around Koblenz, such as the Horizonte festival or the Gauklerfestung, the guitar festival, the NEXUS exhibition in Haus Metternich, the film festival in the KUFA and "Vincent will Meer" from Theater Ehrenbreitstein. The Winningen Art Festival, the Mayen Castle Festival and Lahneck Live are also just around the corner. In the Westerwald, the Spiegelzelt Spezial in Altenkirchen, the "Echohall im Bunker" exhibition in Montabaur, the Literature Days and rock festivals in Rengsdorf and Rotenhain are just some of the attractions.
